A Little About Me.....

My massage career began when i graduated from Springfield Technical Community College with an Associate's Degree in Myofascial Massage in 2001.  My first job was with Puffer's Salon and Day Spa in Westfield, MA for 15 years. Here i was able to obtain top notch education and build my own personal style. I owe a lot to Judy Puffer and her day spa.

When I left Puffer's, i accepted a job at Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires where  i was able to really see how a large spa is run. Here is where i  first trained with Deep Feet Bar Therapy  for Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage.  I was unable to really delve into my craft until recently and i realized just how much i missed it.

After a year and a half at Canyon Ranch,  i decided to work closer to home and  accepted a position at  Skin Catering in Springfield MA.  In August 2019, i left my position at Skin Catering to devote myself to my business full time.  You can now find me there Monday - Saturday 10-2 and 4-8 and Sunday's by appointment. 

I am certified in Myofascial Massage (The Bob King Method), LaStone therapy, and Reiki Levels 1 and 2. 

I love to travel and  am an avid gardener and animal lover. I enjoy the peace and serenity my job offers me. There is no better therapy than Massage Therapy.
